"Visiting the city and found an excellent spot for exceptional coffee. On a sunny day, the best place to enjoy it is the outdoor terrace upstairs - quieter, more spacious, and refreshingly open, perfect for a leisurely breakfast and long conversations. The service is warm, welcoming, almost joyous, with staff who appear genuinely enthusiastic, accommodating, and efficient. Though the space is compact, the atmosphere is full of heart. Had a very lovely experience here. Thanks Frank’s and Wellington!"

"Terrific coffee shop close to many hotels, AirBnB's & offices on The Terrace. Ryan, Yurika & colleagues are unfailingly polite, friendly & efficient, & the flat whites & breakfast pastries are superb. Downstairs for people watching, upstairs for calm. Hope to be back on future visits to WLG!"

"Partner has moved onto terrace and i have been trying all the coffee shops on the street. I work with a batista as a chef and am fussy.. This has been the best coffee to date. I found it extremely tasty and nice and creamy. I will be recommending Frank's to everyone I know including the batista I work with. Even better Frank's opens at 7. Lovely little spot will make it a regular spot. Thanks Franks"

"I was on the coffee run from the hotel this morning and found this beautiful spot on the hill with the light streaming in. The coffee was the best I think we’ve found on our trip so far and the baked goods section turned the start to our day into a real pleasure. Well done, FRANK’S: 10/10"
